We are the only Canadian-owned national communications provider that works exclusively with business customers. We provide voice, data and Internet services that are guaranteed to make a difference in how your business operates, helping you manage costs, improve collaboration and ultimately increase productivity. All our services run on our secure national network, built and managed using advanced IP and fiber technologies.

To that end, our services and solutions are backed by unique guarantees that truly set us apart in serving the Canadian market.

1. Dedicated Order Manager – a single point of contact to oversee the delivery of your solution from contract through installation to acceptance.

2. Guaranteed Delivery Date – shortly after contract signing, we will work with you to set a firm installation date that you can hold us to.

3. Service Resolution Expert – in the event that you contact us with a problem or concern, we’ll assign an expert to own the issue from start to finish while keeping you in the loop until everything is resolved.

4. First Bill Walkthrough – the option to have us walk you through your first bill or sales quote, checked for accuracy against your contract.

5. Customer Reference – we’ll connect you directly to an existing Allstream customer and you can learn more about what it’s like to do business with us.

If we miss on any service commitments that we make to you, we’ll credit you the value of one month’s service.*

Our Performance Guarantee

We guarantee the reliability of our MPLS services with availability guarantees of up to 99.9%.

If your Business Internet service is unavailable for any amount of time*, we’ll reimburse 25% of your monthly fee for each circuit that goes down.

Pricing Guarantee

At Allstream, we understand the pressure IT departments face to cut costs:

  • Allstream Business Internet is backed by our Pricing Guarantee. If you find a lower quote for equivalent service within 45 days of your contract date, we’ll match the quote or let you out of your contract.
  • Our SIP Trunking service is backed by a Price Savings Guarantee. You have our word that you’ll save a minimum 40% on telecom costs when you switch from your traditional phone service to an IP-based one from Allstream.

MTS Allstream was named one of Canada’s Top 100 Employers for 2010.This high-profile designation recognizes Canadian companies that lead their industries in attracting, inspiring and retaining employees.

Industry Contributions

In 2008 the Canadian Telecommunications Hall of Fame presented MTS Allstream with a special award recognizing our significant contributions to the Canadian telecom industry. In addition, our people have received numerous awards for individual excellence from organizations such as Canadian Women in Communications.

Disaster Recovery Planning

MTS Allstream was honoured by Canada’s premier professional disaster recovery organizations with the 2009 Award of Excellence from the Disaster Recovery Institute of Canada.
