Public Policy

In accordance with CRTC Telecom Decision 2003-45, provision of telecommunications services to customers in multi-dwelling units (MDU), June 30, 2003, Allstream is required to disclose on its web site all terms and conditions, including fees, any written or unwritten access agreement concluded with the building owner of that MDU within 30 days of having reached or amended the agreement. The Commission further requires that Allstream disclose on its web site all terms and conditions, including fees, of any written or unwritten access agreement concluded with the building owner for the installation of telecommunications facilities during the construction of that MDU, within 10 days of having reached such agreement.
