Netscape 4.0 has included an email program that you can configure to send and receive email messages for your Domain Email account. If you currently have Netscape 4.0 on your computer and you would like to use the email program to send and receive email, messages follow the instructions below:

Under the Edit menu, select Preferences

Click on Mail & Groups

• Your Name: Your Full Name (Optional)
• Email Address: Your Email Address
• Reply To Address: Your Reply To Email Address
• Organization: Your Company Name (Optional)
• Signature File: The Location On Your Computer Of Your Signature File (Optional)

Select Mail Server

• Mail Server Name: your username (the portion before the @ of your email address)
• Outgoing Mail (SMTP) Server: mail.your_domain.com
  
• Incoming Mail (POP3) Server: mail.your_domain.com
  
• Mail Server Type: POP3
• Select OK once you have entered in all of the neccesary information.

Checking Mail

• You can check for mail by clicking on the mail button in the lower right corner of your Netscape window.
