- Add graphics, text, plugins, links, HTML tags, and Java applets directly to our new Web page.
- Save your Web page in your Web site folder.
Creating Web pages with frames
- From the File menu, click New Frame Set. Visual Page displays a Web page divided into two frames of equal size.
- Add graphics, text, plugins, links, HTML tags, and Java applets directly to each frame, or open an existing Web page file within a frame.

To open a template:

Setting the base target for a frame
The base target is the frame in which a linked file displays. For example, you
might set all links in the left frame to appear in the right frame of a Web page.
- Open a frame set and make sure the frames are already named and saved.
- Make sure you are in Edit mode.
- Click the frame you want to modify.
- From Edit menu, click Properties, then click Page.
- Click the Select Base Target button. The Base Target dialog opens.

in Visual Page is .htm.
- You can change the default filename extension in the Preferences dialog box.
To save a Web page without frames:
- From the File menu, click Save.
- In the Save dialog, navigate to the destination folder for the frame set and select it.
