To get started, have your SecurID token (key fob) on hand, provided by your ISS engineer. It will be labelled with your username and password. Once on the login screen:

Type your username in the "Username" field.

In the "PASSCODE" field type your PIN number followed by the passcode displayed on your SecurID token. For example, if your PIN is 1234 and the SecurID token's passcode is 123456, you would type 1234123456 in the "PASSCODE" field. If this is your first time accessing the Web portal you will be prompted to enter a PIN number (PIN numbers must be 4-8 digits).
