Features Available on Your Business Trunk Service *
Call Display - See in advance the name and number of the incoming call.
Your equipment must be capable of reading and displaying the name and
number information it receives.
Overflow - Ensures that calls will not be dropped if a busy signal is
detected. Instead, they are routed to another local access of your
choice. Calls can be re-directed to another Allstream local service
including voicemail.
Hunting Configurations - Calls that originally reach a busy trunk will
hunt for another trunk that is not being used. Allstream offers
you the ability to have calls routed to the first available trunk in
either a circular or linear manner.
Emergency and Assistance Numbers - Access emergency or assistance numbers
such as Directory Assistance (411); Repair and Maintenance (611); Message
Relay Service for the hearing impaired (711); and Police, Fire and Ambulance
Emergency (911); as well as Operator Assistance (0).

Directory Assistance and Operator Services are chargeable per use. Emergency
(911) and Message Relay Service (711) are flat rate per month. Access to
Repair and Maintenance is free.
