Whether you call across the country or around the globe, we are pleased to provide you with voice clarity, network reliability and service quality on our national, state-of-the-art, fibre-optic network. Features and Benefits of Your Long Distance Service

Flat Rate Billing - Pay only for the service you use. Billing in 6-second increments with a 30-second minimum is standard for all calls. There are no hidden surcharges, time-of-day restrictions or geographical constraints.

Enhanced Discounts - Maximize discounts by aggregating usage across all your locations on a national basis. Also take advantage of attractive term contracts and volume discounts across multiple Allstream services.

Flexible Billing Options - Depending on your service, you may request a summary or detailed view of your invoice and have all your invoices sent to your head office, or each to a separate location. You may also specify how the information is to appear - call details arranged by most frequently called number, in chronological order, or sorted by account code. Payment options include by cheque, or by pre-authorized bank withdrawal or credit card.

Verified or Non-Verified Account Codes - Track and allocate your long distance costs with ease and precision. Your employees simply enter an identifying account code when they dial. Allstream then sorts your call details by employee, department or even project. Double-sorted account codes provide further flexibility and control.

International Call Blocking - Block outgoing calls to pre-defined regions. Allstream's comprehensive list includes countries to which fraudulent calls are most frequently made.

Virtual Private Network (VPN) - Replace capital-intensive private voice networks and reduce or eliminate the need for Direct Access Lines and analogue tie-trunks.

A voice VPN offers large enterprises special features to aid communication between offices and domestic or international customers and suppliers. VPNs provide diverse routing capabilities, flexible private dial plans and detailed management reports.

TeleManager - Enhanced, electronic reporting for easier cost allocation and control, ideal for large long distance users. Supplement the information on your invoice and receive all your call details on CD-ROM or via the Internet with e-TeleManager.
