How Do I?

To establish your Voice Messaging Service for the first time, enter the Voice Messaging Access Number for your location and follow the step-by-step instructions.

To retrieve your messages from any telephone, enter your own telephone number and press 9 when you hear your personal greeting. Alternatively, enter the Voice Messaging Access Number for your location and follow the prompts.

Your calls will automatically forward to voicemail when your line is busy or when you do not answer the call within a specified time. To automatically forward all calls to your voicemail without having the calls ring through to your telephone, use the Call Forward All Calls feature. Simply enter the Voice Messaging Access Number for your location when programming Call Forward All Calls. To confirm that the calls are forwarded to the correct access number, enter your own telephone number. You should immediately hear your personal greeting.
