To change your username (login name), you need to contact Allstream Technical Support at 1 866 282-0111.

Please have your credit card information and the secret word that you chose when you first registered ready. The representative will need to confirm this in order to change your username.

Your username may be from 1 to 8 characters in length, and may not contain any of the following characters:

Comma (,), Space, Semi-colon (;), Colon (:), *, /, \, |, #, $, @

Please be aware that we cannot forward from an active account, even in the case of a name change. We apologize for the inconvenience. When you change your username, you will need to notify everyone who sends you email of the change.
