Limit on the Size of your Mailbox

In order to increase the efficiency of email for our customers, there is a 5MB limit on the maximum size of your mailbox. If your mailbox is full, any new email messages may be bounced back to the sender with a "Mailbox full, please try again later" message.

You can take steps to prevent this from happening:
Check the size of your mailbox using the Mail Manager tool at mailboxmanager. From here, you can delete the entire contents of your mailbox if you dont want to receive any of the messages. Empty your mailbox on a regular basis so that it doesn't approach the maximum size. Ensure that your email program is set to "remove messages from the server", and not "leave a copy of messages on the server".

Once you've cleared out your mailbox , you can test that future messages will be received by sending yourself a message. If you are still experiencing problems, contact our technical support team at 888-655-7671.
