What to Do With Multiple Registrations

Each time you run the Allstream Registration program, a new account is created. You do not need to run the registration program again when you reinstall Allstream software.

If you have registered for multiple accounts, choose the account you would like to keep, and then fill out the Customer Service email form from the account you do not want to keep. Explain that you mistakenly created more than one account, and list the usernames of the account(s) you do not want. Ask that your initial setup fee and first month's fee for the extra account(s) be refunded.
