Overview:
The following document will assist you in understanding
Allstream's Simultaneous Logins Policy.
What are Simultaneous Logins?
Simultaneous Logins occur when more than one person is
using your Internet account (your Allstream user name and
password) at the same time to connect to Allstream.
We have changed our
Terms and Conditions of service to allow you to
share your account with other members of your family.
Account sharing and multiple mailboxes will let you
and your family get more benefit from your Allstream
account. Though accounts may be shared, only one
person at a time may use the account at a time. If
more than one connection at a time is made on your
account, overlapping time will be charged $1.25 per
hour.
For example, if you are at home, on your home computer
and connected to Allstream, and at the same time, your
sister Judy is at work, on her computer, and connected
to Allstream with your Allstream username and password - there
would be simultaneous logins on your account record. If
you and your sister were connected at the same time for
an hour, you would be charged $1.25 on your Allstream account.
How Can I Check My Login History for Simultaneous Logins?
You can easily check your login history for Simultaneous
Logins by going to: Account info
and selecting View Your Login History
