Make sure you have your correct modem selected here. Click

Uncheck Use area code and dialing rules. In the Telephone
number field type your
local Allstream access number.

Type in your user name: as full e-mail address Example:

Type in your password. It is case sensitive so make sure your
Caps Lock is off on the keyboard.
Click Next. |

This is the name of your connection.
Click Next. |

Choose Yes.

This step in optional - if you do not see it go to the next
step. You'll see this step only if Outlook Express has e-mail account configured
already. Probably from your old ISP or another e-mail account.
Choose Create a new Internet mail account.

Type in your name. Example: John Smith. This name will
appear on you e-mail messages.
Click Next. |

Type in your e-mail address Example: johnsm@allstream.net
Click Next. |

In the Account Name type just the first
part of your e-mail address. Example: johnsm
In the password field type in your password ( case sensitive )
Click Next. |

Click Finish. |

Now you have new connection and you can connect by clicking
on Internet Explorer icon.
