Soutien pour le service Internet résidentiel

	Double-click on My Computer.
	Open the Control Panel.
	Double-click on the Network and Dial-up Connections.
	Double-click on Make New Connection.
	Check Next.
	Choose Dial-up to the Internet. Click Next.
	Choose I want to set up my Internet connection manually. Click Next.
	Choose I connect through a phone line and a modem. Click Next.
	Make sure you have your correct modem selected here. Click Next.
	Uncheck Use area code and dialing rules. In the Telephone number field type your local Allstream access number. If you don't know it visit www.allstream.com/bin/popinfo Or call technical support at 1 866 282-0111. Allstream cannot be responsible for long distance charges. Please verify all numbers with your local phone carrier to determine if the number is local to you Click Next.
	Type in your user name: as full e-mail address Example: johnsm@allstream.net Type in your password. It is case sensitive so make sure your Caps Lock is off on the keyboard. Click Next.
	This is the name of your connection. Click Next.
	Choose Yes. Click Next.
	This step in optional - if you do not see it go to the next step. You'll see this step only if Outlook Express has e-mail account configured already. Probably from your old ISP or another e-mail account. Choose Create a new Internet mail account. Click Next.
	Type in your name. Example: John Smith. This name will appear on you e-mail messages. Click Next.
	Type in your e-mail address Example: johnsm@allstream.net Click Next.
	In the Account Name type just the first part of your e-mail address. Example: johnsm In the password field type in your password ( case sensitive ) Click Next.
	Click Finish.
	Now you have new connection and you can connect by clicking on Internet Explorer icon.
