Why has ICU Technologies adopted the Allstream brand?

MTS Allstream "Allstream", through a subsidiary, acquired ICU Technologies on January 10, 2008. Since the acquisition, much work has been done to align our companies' product portfolios in order to provide higher levels of customer service and offer a wider range of solutions. With our accomplishments over the past few months, the time is right to move to a single, go-to-market brand.

What "Is" Changing?

1. More solutions. Under the Allstream brand, we can now offer you a broader range of IP Connectivity, Unified Communications, IT Consulting and Security Solutions – a full suite of world-class offerings – to help you compete more effectively.


2. The Allstream brand and logo on all correspondence. Beginning June 30, 2008, you will begin to see the Allstream brand on all correspondence from us, including invoices.


3. Our web sites and email address. Also on June 30, 2008, we will transition our website www.icutechnologies.com to www.allstream.com, and will change our corporate email address to the “mtsallstream.com” domain to reflect our new brand.
