Why has Multinet Communications adopted the Allstream brand?

MTS Allstream Inc. ("Allstream") acquired Multinet Communications on November 7, 2007. Since the acquisition, much work has been done to align our companies’ product portfolios in order to provide higher levels of customer service and offer a wider range of solutions. With our accomplishments over the past few months, the time is right to move to a single, go-to-market brand.

What “Is” Changing?

1. More solutions. Under the Allstream brand, we can now offer you a broader range of IP Connectivity, Unified Communications, Security and IT Consulting Solutions - a full suite of world-class offerings - to help you compete more effectively.

2. The Allstream brand and logo on all correspondence from us. Beginning March 4, 2008, you will begin to see the Allstream brand on all correspondence from us, including invoices.

3. Our web sites and email addresses. Also on March 4, 2008 we will transition our website www.multinet.ca to www.allstream.com, and will change our corporate email addresses to the “mtsallstream.com” domain to reflect our new brand (for a period of time emails sent to “multinet.ca” addresses will be automatically re-directed).
