SELF-CARE PORTAL Includes customer administration portal to manage user access and features; an end-user portal for password reset; personalization; and mobile number updates.
FULLY MONITORED & MANAGED 24 x 7 x 365 proactive monitoring and problem resolution, remote and on-site if required.

Allstream’s HCS delivers dedicated applications to each end user on a shared, secure hardware platform, ensuring data and operational integrity. Leveraging the Allstream network’s unique security, Allstream provides embedded business continuity protection no matter what crisis arises.

Allstream HCS is available in three possible service levels, or “bundles”, offering support for up to 10 devices per user. Devices include physical endpoints, mobile clients, PC-based soft clients or third-party client software.

Service Levels

BASIC SEAT Delivers core IP communications services for basic telephony users, including enterprise voicemail boxes and Instant Messaging/Presence. Includes support for one Cisco IP Phone device option.
FOUNDATION SEAT In addition to the Basic Seat features, Foundation provides video telephony support for video-enabled Cisco devices. End users can choose support for a Cisco IP Phone, softphone or mobile softphone client.
STANDARD SEAT Extends the Foundation service capabilities to support up to ten devices.
