For 24/7 Customer Service when traveling outside of Canada or the U.S., dial the Allstream country specific access number for the country that you are in. For calling assistance Dial "0" or hold for an Operator.

Dialing Instructions

• Dial the Allstream Access Number for the country you are in - get access number
• Listen for the voice prompt
• Choose your preferred language
• Enter your 10-digit Calling Card number followed by your 4-digit PIN
• Dial the phone number you are calling: area code + phone number
  to reach Canada, U.S., most Caribbean countries
  
  OR
  
  01 + country code + city code + phone number
  to reach other international destinations

Calling Assistance

• Press "0"or hold at any time during the voice prompts to reach an Operator.

Calling from a Hotel or Office

• Get an outside line (as for local calling)
• Dial the Allstream Access Number for the country you are calling from - get access number
• Some hotels may apply a per call charge or block the Access Number

Calling from a Rotary Phone

• Dial 1-800-575-9700 or the Allstream Access Number for the country you are calling from
• Hold to reach an Operator

Card Security

• Keep your Calling Card in a safe place and protect your Number and PIN.
• Report a lost or stolen card immediately by calling
  1-888-288-2273 or the Access Number for the country you are calling from.

Calling Tips

Never offer your credit card number while using your Calling Card overseas.

Making Sequential Calls

To place up to 10 consecutive calls, don't hang up

• Wait for the called party to disconnect
• Press "#" for 2 seconds
• Dial the next phone number

Correcting a Dialing Mistake

If you make a mistake dialing the destination or Card Number, stop

• Press "*" to erase the sequence dialed
• Re-dial the sequence of numbers
