requirements. Service desk personnel are trained in the applications
and technologies within the scope of the support engagement. Handoff
processes to other levels of support are customized to align with support
organization and escalation requirements. Contact with an Allstream
staffed service desk is usually provided through telephone or e mail
access. At your request, access to the service desk can also be provided
through other means such as web chat. Your personnel can also gain
access to a “frequently
asked questions” database for documented solutions to common
inquiries or problems.
