We further support those performance goals with monthly service fee credits.

Mean Time To Restore:
In the event of an outage, you need the confidence that you will be up and running within acceptable timeframes. It's a commitment we make to you so that you can extend it to your customers. Allstream guarantees a four-hour mean time to restore or we credit 25% of your monthly service fee.
