Domestic Toll-Free Service, you can realize more value from your toll-free
service by adding higher levels of control, analysis and monitoring. With
different egress methods to choose from, you can enhance efficiency by
implementing new methods for inbound and outbound differentiation and
tracking and by streamlining administration and management.
- Switched Egress enables toll-free termination at a working telephone as
long as an existing telephone number has been designated
- Dedicated DS1 Egress provides full DS1 (including ISDN PRI) facilities
for toll-free traffic and enables differentiation between toll-free traffic
and outbound calls
- Service Assurance for call rerouting to a predefined back-up location
within 30 minutes in the event of partial or total toll-free Service
interruption
- Dialed Number Identification Service (DNIS) identifies the specific
toll-free number dialed when multiple toll-free numbers terminate at one
egress and enables routing of calls to specific departments or agents
- Calling Line Identification (CLID) provides the full ten-digit calling
line identification number of an incoming call as it is received (available
through switched and ISDN termination methods; not available on analog DAL
or DS1 (T1) egress methods)
