Account Codes

With a significant amount of calling diversity and volume, you need to ensure efficient telecommunications management. Tracking calls, accurately handling charge-back situations and preventing fraud are key concerns. Allstream Account Codes allow you to track calls according to business specific classifications including employee number, employee name, client name and project number. They are entered after the number is dialed to complete the call. The call detail on your invoice appears sorted by Account Code, increasing accountability and control over calling activities. Double sort options provide further flexibility and control.

Features:

  • Non-Verified Account Codes provide significant flexibility, but less security
  • Permissive Non-Verified allows callers to complete a call without entering a code
  • Forced Non-Verified requires the caller to enter the correct length of code
  • Verified Account Codes ensure greater security with mandatory code length and actual digits required
  • Pre-Defined Verified provide standard lists of codes that appear numerically on the invoice; these codes cannot be modified with additions or deletions
  • Customized Verified facilitates the creation of a proprietary list of codes that allow you to input a 30-character field for your invoice to replace and represent the numeric code entered; these codes can be modified regularly with additions and deletions
