Our Hosted Phone System includes all the calling features you've come to expect from a traditional phone system, plus advanced features and web-based management tools. These easy-to-use features provide control over when and how you communicate — whether you're in the office, out of town, or on the road.

All users will also receive their own direct phone number.* Most on-site phone systems only offer this valuable feature to large businesses, but it comes standard with our Hosted Phone System, regardless of the size of your business.

Enhance your productivity with Hosted Phone System features including:

  • Find Me: List a single number and calls can be routed to several phone numbers based on your preferences. Find Me lets you set different call treatments for different callers, ensuring critical calls are never missed.
  • One Voice Mailbox: With Find Me, you can publish one business phone number and the service will ring on any phone number you choose, with calls terminating in the same voice mailbox if the call is not answered.
  • Visual Voice Mail: View your voice mail and listen to messages through the end-user portal. You can also forward your voice mails to any e-mail address, allowing you to manage your voices messages just like e-mails.
  • Call Logs: View your latest missed, incoming, and outgoing calls. Just like a mobile phone, call logs make it easy for you to see who has called, then choose which calls to return first.
  • Click-to-Call: Quickly call any number in your hosted address book or call logs. There's no set up required, plus your business phone number is always displayed to the calling party even if you are calling from outside of the office.
  • Moves, Adds, and Changes: The online administration portal makes it easy to set up new users, restrict features, and change settings.
  • Auto Attendant: The Hosted Phone System comes with an Auto Attendant that allows your customers to choose a specific person or department without going through an operator or reception desk.
  • Hunt Groups/Call Groups: Ensure your calls are distributed to the right person at the right time, reducing customer wait times and transfers.
