TouchPoint is Allstream’s all-new client Web portal – an on-demand centre for Allstream service information and management– that mixes personalized, context-sensitive content and applications. As an Allstream customer, TouchPoint lets you quickly and securely access information and perform transactions related to your Allstream services. Best of all, TouchPoint combines sophistication with ease-of-use, which means you get access to all the functionality you need – easily, quickly and conveniently.

Using customer input, we’ve built a portal with five main content areas and applications:

1. Account Information – Access and analyze information related to your invoices
   1. Free standard reports of your invoice to view on-line or download for further analysis
   2. View support tickets related to your billing enquiries  
2. Service Management – Generate and access a variety of reports related to your services:
   1. Performance Reporting for Business IP & Internet  
   2. Secure Connect
   3. OSS (wholesale customer only)
   4. ESV (wholesale customers only)
3. Orders – View the status of in-progress orders, see a history of completed orders
4. Incident Management – Create, view and edit trouble tickets related to Allstream services
5. Product & Service Knowledge Base – Access documents and other resources related to managing your Allstream services
